Welcome to Right Hand. This Privacy Policy explains how Anna Glass ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Right Hand service through iMessage.

Right Hand is an AI-enabled executive assistance service for your personal life. We help you execute tasks ranging from booking appointments to canceling subscriptions. Because the quality of our assistance depends on understanding your needs and preferences, we collect and store information from your conversations with us.


By using Right Hand, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Information We Collect


Information You Provide to Us


We collect the following information that you voluntarily provide when using Right Hand:


Required Information:

  • Name - Used for Google Account login and to personalize our service

  • Email Address - Used for Google Account login, communication, and service delivery

  • Google Calendar Access - We request access to view and manage your Google Calendar to help schedule appointments and manage your calendar-related tasks. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions


Information from Your Conversations:

  • All messages you send to Right Hand through iMessage (sent to 858-815-0020)

  • Photos, files, documents, and other materials you share through iMessage

  • Task requests, preferences, and instructions you provide

  • Physical addresses, contact information, and other details you share to help us complete tasks


Conversation History and Data Storage


We store your complete conversation history with Right Hand, including:

  • All text messages exchanged through iMessage

  • Photos, documents, and files you share

  • Task details and execution history

  • Personal information and preferences you've shared over time


This stored data allows us to:

  • Provide continuity across conversations

  • Remember your preferences and past requests

  • Improve the quality and personalization of our service

  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately based on your full context


Payment Information


Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your complete credit card numbers. We only retain a tokenized reference provided by Stripe to manage your subscription. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by their Privacy Policy.


Information We Do Not Automatically Collect


We do not automatically collect analytics, usage data, location tracking, or device information beyond what is necessary to deliver the service through iMessage.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our AI-enabled executive assistance services:

  • Service Delivery - To understand your requests and execute tasks on your behalf

  • AI Processing - To analyze your messages using AI to understand context, preferences, and intent

  • Task Completion - To book appointments, manage subscriptions, make reservations, and handle other personal assistance tasks

Third-Party Services


We use the following third-party services to operate Right Hand:


Stripe - Payment processing for your membership subscription. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.


Google Calendar - We request access to your Google Calendar to help schedule appointments and manage calendar-related tasks. You authenticate through your Google Account and can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google's handling of your calendar data is governed by their Privacy Policy.


Supabase - Database services to securely store your account information, conversation history, and data. Supabase's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy, available at supabase.com/privacy.


Anthropic Claude - We use Claude, an AI language model, to power our service and understand your requests. Your messages and stored conversation history may be processed by Claude to provide personalized assistance. We may send your messages, conversation history, and relevant personal information to Claude to ensure accurate and contextual task completion.


Apple iMessage - Our service operates through Apple's iMessage platform. Apple's handling of iMessage communications is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not control Apple's data practices.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Sharing


We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Explicit Permission - When you authorize us to share information to complete a specific task, a human assistant will handle communications with third parties on your behalf (e.g., contacting a service provider to book an appointment or cancel a subscription). We only share the minimum information necessary to complete your requested task, and only with your permission.

  • AI Processing - Your messages and stored data are processed by Anthropic Claude to understand your requests and provide personalized service. This may include sending conversation history and personal details you've shared with us to provide context for your current requests.

  • Service Providers - With trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, and Anthropic) who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality obligations

  • Legal Requirements - When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process

  • Business Transfers - In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you


How Tasks Are Completed


Right Hand combines AI technology with human assistance:

  • AI Processing - When you send messages through iMessage, they are processed by Claude (Anthropic's AI) along with relevant conversation history to understand and execute your requests in full context. We may share your messages, past conversations, and personal information you've provided with Claude to ensure accurate understanding of your needs.

  • Human Execution - Some tasks may require a human assistant to complete - such as booking appointments.

  • Your Control - We will only contact third parties or share your information externally with your explicit permission for each specific task.


Data Security


We implement strong security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

  • Encryption - All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest

  • Secure storage of conversation history and personal data

  • Access controls limiting who can view your information

  • Using reputable third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, Google) with strong security practices


AI Model Training: Your conversations and data are never used to train AI models. We do not share your data with Anthropic or any other AI provider for model training purposes.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.


Note about iMessage: Communications through iMessage are subject to Apple's security practices. While Apple provides end-to-end encryption for iMessage, once we receive your messages, they are stored in our systems as described in this policy.


Data Retention


We retain your personal information, including conversation history, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. This allows us to maintain continuity and improve service quality over time.


If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information and conversation history within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.


Your Rights and Choices


You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access and Correction - You can request access to your stored information and conversation history at any time by contacting us.

  • Deletion - You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing anna@getrighthand.com. We will process your deletion request promptly and permanently delete all your personal information, conversation history, and associated data.

  • Google Calendar Access - You can revoke our access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

  • Opt-Out - Since we do not use your information for marketing beyond the service you've requested, there is no opt-out mechanism needed. You control what information you share with us through your messages.

  • Data Portability - You may request a copy of your personal information and conversation history.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right Hand is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through a message via iMessage or email.
