Introduction

Welcome to Right Hand! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Right Hand service provided through iMessage ("Service") by Anna Glass ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using Right Hand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Right Hand is an AI-powered personal assistant service. We use AI to understand and complete most tasks for you, including:

• Managing your calendar

• Canceling subscriptions

• Researching information

• Managing personal errands

• Scheduling services

• Handling correspondence

• Other personal assistance tasks

  
  

Most tasks are completed entirely by AI (Claude). For more complex tasks like booking appointments that require phone calls or nuanced communication, a human assistant may step in to help with your explicit permission. You communicate with Right Hand by texting 858-815-0020.

Eligibility

Right Hand is designed for adults and is not intended for use by children. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To use Right Hand, you must create an account by providing:

• Your name

• A valid email address

• Access to your Google Calendar (which you can revoke at any time through your Google Account settings)

• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

  
  

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be compromised.

Subscription and Payment

Membership Fee

Right Hand requires a paid subscription of $12 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at anna@getrighthand.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use Right Hand for lawful personal assistance tasks. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for task completion

• Grant explicit permission before we contact third parties on your behalf

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Respect the rights of third parties when requesting tasks

• Use iMessage to communicate with Right Hand at 858-815-0020

  
  

Prohibited Use

You may not use Right Hand to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or request illegal tasks

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

• Send spam or unsolicited communications

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

• Request tasks involving controlled substances, weapons, or other illegal items

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent

• Engage in fraudulent activity or financial crimes

  
  

We reserve the right to refuse any task request that we believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Task Execution and Limitations

Best Efforts

We will use reasonable efforts to complete your requested tasks. However, we do not guarantee:

• Successful completion of every task

• Specific response times

• Availability of third-party services you request us to engage with

  
  

Third-Party Limitations

Task completion may depend on third-party availability, policies, and cooperation. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party refusal to accommodate requests

• Third-party errors or delays

• Changes in third-party availability or pricing

• Third-party terms of service or policies

  
  

Permission Required

We will only contact third parties or share your information with your explicit permission for each specific task. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to authorize such communications.

Google Calendar Access

By granting us access to your Google Calendar, you authorize us to view and manage calendar events to complete your requested tasks. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Task Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any task that:

• Violates these Terms

• May be illegal or unethical

• Poses safety or security risks

• Is outside the scope of personal assistance services

• We are unable to complete for any reason

  
  

Data Storage and Usage

Conversation History

By using Right Hand, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We store your complete conversation history with Right Hand

• Your messages and data are processed by AI (Claude) to provide personalized service

• We may use your conversation history to provide context and improve service quality

• Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit

• Your conversations are never used for AI model training purposes

  
  

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing anna@getrighthand.com. We will permanently delete your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Right Hand Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your content), is owned by Anna Glass and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal use only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission

  
  

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to Right Hand (messages, photos, files, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Right Hand, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

iMessage

Our Service operates through Apple's iMessage platform. Your use of iMessage is subject to Apple's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Apple's practices or policies.

Google Calendar

By connecting your Google Calendar, you agree to Google's terms of service and privacy policies. We access your calendar only to complete tasks you request. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Other Third-Party Services

Our Service may interact with other third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of such third-party services

• The content, products, or services available from third parties

RIGHT HAND IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

• Any tasks will be completed successfully

• Defects will be corrected

• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

Right Hand provides personal assistance services only. We do not provide:

• Legal advice

• Medical advice

• Financial advice

• Professional services requiring licensure

  
  

You should consult appropriate professionals for specialized advice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANNA GLASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service

• Any errors or omissions in content or task completion

• Any conduct of third parties

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anna Glass from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your content or any tasks you request

Modifications to Service and Terms

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at anna@getrighthand.com. Upon termination, your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in fraudulent activity

• Your payment method fails or you fail to pay fees

• We discontinue the Service

• We believe termination is necessary to protect us or others

  
  

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease

• You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination

• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, please contact us at anna@getrighthand.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally first.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in San Francisco, California. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision, you may bring an individual action in small claims court in San Francisco, California or your county of residence if the claim is within that court's jurisdiction.

Exceptions

Either party may seek equitable relief (such as injunctive relief) in court for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anna Glass regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, or internet failures.

No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Anna Glass.

Notices

We may provide notices to you via email, iMessage, or by posting on our website. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send them to the email address associated with your account.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have these Terms mailed to you by sending a letter to the address below with your email address and a request for these Terms.
